our Quality policy


It is a principle of our company to offer our customers products and services of a high quality.

Quality means for us that all services, beginning from the development stage until after-sales service, are aimed to fulfil the requirements of our customers.

The quality requirements apply to all levels of our company. That means that every employee is himself responsible for the quality of his activity within the company.

The management considers as its duty to promote the responsibility and quality consciousness of the employees, to organise in general the competence and processes for all quality related activities and facts and to monitor the efficiency of the quality system.

Quality and Quality Assurance are important elements of our company’s policy.

To achieve a consistent quality policy within all departments of the company, a Quality Assurance System in accordance to DIN ISO 9001 is implemented, maintained and is continuously developed.

The quality manager has the task to ensure that the requirements of the QA-Manual are fulfilled. He has to inform the management regularly and for actual cases immediately about the compliance and efficiency.
